Wonder Spaces is a new brand specialising in high-quality educational furniture, as well as innovative and open-ended play and learning resources. It operates as a trading style of Room to Play Ltd, headquartered in Hexham, Northumberland. We also have warehouses in Bedford, North of London, to support efficient distribution throughout the UK.
Founded in 2020, we are a family-owned company with a strong background in education and design. We take pride in providing exceptional support and service throughout every project, with the goal of challenging market leaders.
Our Journey
Since 2020, we have offered the Play+ range, developed with pedagogical consultancy by Reggio Children. Under their guidance, the Play+ design team has created innovative furniture to support flexible, open-ended, and inclusive learning environments. In 2023, we partnered with Dusyma, the original kindergarten furniture company from 1925, renowned for high-quality educational furniture and play materials and part of the Dialogue with Reggio network. In 2024, we expanded our range with Lernwabe, whose Swiss architects designed the modular Honeycomb nest/retreat spaces. Most recently, we collaborated with QGarten to offer their Ecowood series of outdoor play equipment. These partnerships enable us to deliver unique and bespoke solutions for nurseries, schools, family spaces, and public settings.
